Pay Rate: £ 13.50 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver breakfast service for up to 100 people during scheduled service times.
Begin shift at 6:30am to complete all breakfast preparation ahead of service from 9:00am to 10:30am.
Cook and present food to a high standard while ensuring quality, freshness, and portion control.
Serve food and provide customer service during breakfast and lunch counter service.
Assist with lunch service and support the smooth operation of the catering function throughout the shift.
Prepare ingredients, stock, and food items for the following day’s service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with health and safety regulations.
Ensure kitchen equipment, preparation areas, and serving counters are cleaned and maintained appropriately.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or ordering requirements where necessary.
Work efficiently as part of the catering team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Follow all company procedures relating to food handling, allergen awareness, and workplace safety.
Person Specification
Previous experience working in a catering, kitchen, café, or food service environment.
Ability to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch items efficiently in a busy setting.
Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen regulations.
Ability to work independently and manage early morning preparation responsibilities.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
Team player with a flexible and positive approach to work.
Basic food preparation and counter service experience desirable.
Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to obtain one preferred.
